Amy immediately made me feel welcome and was friendly and cheerful throughout. We talked through options and looked at some photo options to give an idea of what I wanted. Amy took her time and checked length etc throughout. My new cut is great and I'm really pleased with it.

Tanya listens carefully to what is asked for and results are perfect every time. She knows exactly what suits my texture hair and will always give styling tips to manage at home. Her enthusiasm is infectious and I always leave the salon in a great mood, thank you.

At reception I was met by a friendly efficient smiling face who took my appointment details and my coat and offered me hot drink of my choice and a cake and showed me to my seat. My hairstylist Summer went through what I wanted doing with my hair and then showed me to the sink where she shampooed my hair whilst chatting to me. She then returned me to my previous seat and styled my hair before blow drying it. Throughout the procedure I enjoyed my coffee and cake whilst engaged in a variety of topics of conversation. I found the experience restful, humerous, interesting and refreshing. It was busy with plenty of friendly hairdressers on duty seeing to their clients needs. Music playing softly in the background, bright and airy salon and immaculately clean. I was very pleased with my finished hairstyle and came away feeling happy with the whole experience. I made a further appointment and felt it was very reasonable price wise.

Jolie did my hair today and was lovely. She knew exactly what I wanted. It was her first day since moving from the north salon so there was alot going on so I can imagine it was stressful but Jolie was calm and friendly. I love my new hair, jolie made it feel lighter and more shape for around my face. Thankyou.

I’ve had a few appointments now with Sophie and I’m just so impressed. She listens to what you’re wanting to achieve and she gives her all in helping you get it. She is honest in what we can achieve at each appointment and doesn’t promise things that are unattainable (I’ve gone from almost black hair to caramel highlights and a lovely chocolate brown). She’s thoughtful and attentive and I look forward to my next appointment to see what she does next!
