Emma listened to my ideas and needs about my hair including it being curly when wet, thick and a cow lick in my fridge.

Just had my hair done by Shannen and honestly, she’s an absolute gem. Every time I visit, I leave feeling not just beautiful on the outside but completely uplifted on the inside too. She’s incredibly talented and always knows exactly what my hair needs—but it’s more than that. The whole experience is just so lovely. We always have the best chats, and she creates such a welcoming, calm, and positive vibe. You can tell she genuinely cares, and it makes all the difference. So grateful to have found her—can’t recommend Shannen enough!

After consultation appointment I had faceframe highlights and blow dry with Lacey and blow dry finish with Sacera. Result was what I wanted and professional caring service throughout from Lacey and Sacera. Blow has a great atmosphere you are made to feel welcome and relaxed throughout your appointment.

Despite a storm and lots of dancing my hair stayed straight and looked fab all night long .

I have been a customer for a long time. The stylists are very friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my 2 daughters to the salon for their usual dry cuts. But upon paying I was rather perplexed, as I was informed that cheaper dry cuts are only for under 6 year olds, so in future I will have to pay £40 per child! Why would I pay this for 2 x under 16 year olds? I really think that Blow are missing a trick here. Sadly I will now be taking my business elsewhere, which is a shame as I have been a loyal customer for many years.
