I have been to Connie 3 or 4 times now. I have never found a hairdresser I'd consider to be mine as I was never totally happy and just fussy. Well Connie listens, I explained how my hair bounces differently in different areas of my head. So my hair not only is a beautiful colour now but the cut works for me. Connie is also lovely to chat and giggle with. Being younger I did think when booking it will be a quiet trip to the salon what could we have to talk about? Well everything apparently. The salon atmosphere is friendly and the moment you walk through the door for your first appointment you feel like the most treasured loyal client and you've been going there regularly for years.

Just had my hair done by Shannen and honestly, she’s an absolute gem. Every time I visit, I leave feeling not just beautiful on the outside but completely uplifted on the inside too. She’s incredibly talented and always knows exactly what my hair needs—but it’s more than that. The whole experience is just so lovely. We always have the best chats, and she creates such a welcoming, calm, and positive vibe. You can tell she genuinely cares, and it makes all the difference. So grateful to have found her—can’t recommend Shannen enough!

Result was what I wanted and professional caring service throughout from Lacey and Sacera. Blow has a great atmosphere you are made to feel welcome and relaxed throughout your appointment.
