My hair is long and fair. When I arrived, it was doubly damaged from a year under the sun in the Dubai desert and a particularly unsympathetic cut six months ago. Neil spoke with me first about what I wanted to be done - tidied up, trimmed, layers less severely stepped. He took a look and recommended a particular product to be applied in the shampoo stage. This felt like a welcomed spa treatment; longer and more warming than previous shampoos and conditionings. He then took great care to keep the length but soften and shape my hair. Conversation flowed and he asked how I would like it finished; blow-dried and straightened, please. Once finished, my hair was in a much healthier state, lighter and less of a liability better to be tied back. I looked and felt much better than I had 90 minutes earlier.
