I honestly can’t recommend this salon enough. My hair had reached a point where I’d almost given up on it – it looked dull, unhealthy, and nothing ever seemed to make a difference. But somehow Joe worked absolute miracles.

From the moment I walked in, the whole experience felt warm, friendly, and completely professional. Joe is wonderful – he makes you feel like the entire appointment is just about you. From start to finish I felt completely looked after and, quite honestly, spoiled rotten.

The transformation in my hair is incredible. I genuinely can’t remember the last time it looked and felt this healthy. The colour is beautiful and full of life – it truly shines and looks better than I ever imagined it could.

It’s not just a haircut or colour here, it’s an experience. Joe takes the time to listen, understand what you want, and make you feel comfortable and confident throughout. I walked out feeling like a completely new person.

Came in for a complete restyle, I showed Joe what I wanted and he explained in great detail bits he felt that should be changed to suit my face shape better and what I would get more out of, I felt confident in what he was saying and we went for it, some adjustments were made at the end to make it look even better (me choosing to go shorter than I originally planned) left the salon feeling great. Joe's attention to detail was second none, literally can't fault anything and will definitely be returning

I decided I wanted to go from long curly hair to short curly hair and coloured. I had a long thorough honest consultation about what will work and won't work with Jo. I loved this as he had my best interest at heart. When it was time to rinse the colour off and have a hair treatment Emily took care of me she was so attentive in making sure I was comfortable and ok. She is an absolute star. Then it was time for the big cut. Jo was his absolutely amazing in always asking if I wanted a little more off, was it ok, stopping at several points for me to assess how I would style it. Seriously you would not get this level of attention or care in any other Salon. A week on and I am still getting compliments and I am still loving my hair it's now gone from unmanageable and hard work to being an absolute breeze and easy to style. If you want a proper hair consultation and to walk out feeling fabulous even weeks after I highly recommend Jo.

I had an amazing appointment at the salon yesterday. My haircut and colour was long overdue! Joe talked me through my colour options and, trusting his judgement, I gave him free rein. I was blown away by the colour and his attention to detail. After he shampooed my hair he wasn’t quite happy with the colour so he sat me down and tweaked it until he was fully happy and at no extra charge to me. The cut was also just what I wanted. I can highly recommend Joe and will definitely be back!

On arriving at the salon I was greeted by Joe as always with a warm welcome .Joe asked for me to take a seat as Mel was still with a client I was offered refreshments while I waited the salon has a friendly atmosphere .
