I had an appointment with Sasha on Saturday 6th March. As usual the appointment was relaxing and all the staff are friendly from coming in to the salon to leaving. Sasha knew I wasn't feeling 100% and she made sure I was comfortable and was even thoughtful enough to get me some water when she could see I was needing it. Sasha always discusses my hair and what I am comfortable with prior to starting the process and the appointment is always "free flowing". I have always enjoyed my time in Sutherlands.

I also had an appointment with Rebecca for lip and chin. Such a lovely girl, very friendly and sensitive.
