I wasn’t shown a drinks menu but was offered a drink three times. Stylist Yvonne was amazing. I hate the hairdressers partly due to neurodivergence and partly due to bad experiences at another salon. She talked me through options the salon had to help cope if I needed it. She talked through everything before, during and after and actually listened. She fixed the previous issues from my botched hairdresser (not this company). My hair felt and looked great when I was done. She made sure I was happy and said I could go back in a few days if it didn’t settle the way I wanted it to at no extra cost. The care throughout the whole process made going to the hairdresser much easier for me. Her customer service was 100% and I’ll definitely become a repeat customer

Fab afternoon learning the art of putting your makeup on properly, turns out I had most of the gear just no idea how to apply correctly. Shannon was amazing and I would highly recommend this service to anyone x

I'm very pleased with the service and with how Louise cuts my hair. Everything is great from reception to the hair wash.

Ellie is always very welcoming and offers refreshments. Knowledgeable and helpful in discussing style and gives useful tips and suggestions on aftercare and styling at home. Always a lovely experience x

Had an excellent blow dry and straighten.

I had a great experience from start to finish. David was very professional and knowledgeable, especially about caring for dry hair. After styling, he applied a light oil instead of gel, which left my hair ends soft, shiny, and not heavy at all. Highly recommend this salon.

My nails are absolutely gorgeous, attention was paid to detail and I felt valued by all the wonderful salon staff, I highly recommend this saloon for their professionalism and empathy .

I got layered hair cut and a fringe. My stylist Ruth did an amazing job. She explained everything clearly and did it really well.I am really impressed with the results.

Ellie is excellent at what she does, always making sure you’re comfortable and talks through each step to ensure you’re happy with the process, offering drinks during waiting time too

Ellie is super nice, you get a very warm welcome, great overall atmosphere, you feel like you're getting a VIP treatment even for a girl's cut - attention to detail, high quality service, listening to what you want. Nothing's too much to ask.

Very pleased with my haircut

After an unforseen mix up the salon worked their magic and slotted me in at bridge street as I'm a loyal Inverkeithing girl. The service I got was outstanding and friendly and I walked away feeling amazing, also with a free gift for my trouble. Recommend both salons highly, outstanding service thank you.

Sarah is an amazing stylist. She’s friendly and down to earth, she immediately puts you at ease. Always come out with my hair looking fab. Would highly recommend Sarah if anyone was looking for a stylist at lime.

Sarah cut daughter’s hair into her requested new style and gave advice on when to come back and next steps to expect as it grows into new shape.

Joanna is fantastic - great cutter and always listens to what you would like. Very professional and friendly. Love the extra treats with specialist tea and coffee plus popcorn!

Got a blow dry and straighten which ended up with the sides curling up 😞.

This was my first visit to Lime Salon and I'll certainly be back. Lovely atmosphere on entering and reception staff were so friendly and welcoming.
Joanna listened to the problems I usually have with my hair and made some great suggestions on what we could do with it. I left with a lovely new haircut and feel so much more confident about my hair now. Thanks everyone!
