Best salon in Dunfermline and best stylist. Staff are always so welcoming and go over and about to make your appointment that much better. Never had a bad experience and would recommend time and time again.

The hair cut is always good, it's a simple trim, but it's always finished really nicely. What I love about Eden, though, is that my daughter has a lot of energy. To get her to sit still for the hair cut, Eden, was asked to join in with 5 rounds of the alphabet game, where you name a category item starting with each letter if the alphabet. Eden just played along, giggled, encouraged, all while doing an ace haircut. A lot of people would have been frustrated or let their boredom show, but she didn't. I'm one happy mum ☺️

David did my 6 weekly long hair trim, washed with a deep cleanse shampoo which was gentle on my scalp. My hair has been in excellent condition since, lustrious and healthy! Thank you :)

I have recently changed my stylist as Julie left Lime after many years. I am fussy and my hair looking good is important to me. Joanne is an excellent stylist. I love my hair as Joanne is just so capable and I receive so many compliments about my hair. It’s easy to style my hair myself as the cut is just so good. David colours my hair and he is so professional. Imogen washed my hair today and she was so kind ( I am deaf and explained that to Imogen - who handled it so well ). A very positive visit to a lovely friendly salon. It makes a huge difference to people like myself who are profoundly deaf.

I always choose to visit Lime for my hair, and it never disappoints. Kiana has done my hair in the past and even remembered me and showed me a picture of my hair on her hair page! Today I showed her exactly what I wanted and was kept in the loop throughout the entire 3.5 hour journey (lots of hair)!. The salon is immaculate, the staff are so welcoming and friendly and Sarah is excellent at what she does, iv had a few bad experiences with hairdressers in the past not listening to what I want and I end up leaving there salon disappointed but not with Sarah she always listens and gives me advice on my hair and im always very happy with the end result when she is finished.

I wasn’t shown a drinks menu but was offered a drink three times. Stylist Yvonne was amazing. I hate the hairdressers partly due to neurodivergence and partly due to bad experiences at another salon. She talked me through options the salon had to help cope if I needed it. She talked through everything before, during and after and actually listened. She fixed the previous issues from my botched hairdresser (not this company). My hair felt and looked great when I was done. She made sure I was happy and said I could go back in a few days if it didn’t settle the way I wanted it to at no extra cost. The care throughout the whole process made going to the hairdresser much easier for me. Her customer service was 100% and I’ll definitely become a repeat customer

Fab afternoon learning the art of putting your makeup on properly, turns out I had most of the gear just no idea how to apply correctly. Shannon was amazing and I would highly recommend this service to anyone x

Had an excellent blow dry and straighten.

I had a great experience from start to finish. David was very professional and knowledgeable, especially about caring for dry hair. After styling, he applied a light oil instead of gel, which left my hair ends soft, shiny, and not heavy at all. Highly recommend this salon.

My nails are absolutely gorgeous, attention was paid to detail and I felt valued by all the wonderful salon staff, I highly recommend this saloon for their professionalism and empathy .
