After getting a text reminder from the salon I popped in on the off chance I could get an appointment over the next couple of days. Kate was very accommodating as always and managed to get me in later that day. Great visit, quick wash and cut and I was on my way again. Brilliant team at the salon. Would recommend Innivate to anyone and especially Kate who always manages to make it look as though I have some hair left. Merry Christmas all
