I was apprehensive of visiting a new hair salon as I’m new to the area. But I was put at ease straight away.
I had a nice hair wash and a perfect overdue hair cut.
My was hair was styled and straightened to my liking. The whole process was perfect.
I have first time booked to have hair wash and blow dry. I was seen by Ashlyn, she was very professional and curteous enough to see me Same day and given me beautiful blow dry. I will highly recommend This place as 5 star services. Will definitely go again. .
Had perm & cut with Jackie today. She’s always very friendly & helpful. Jackie always goes that extra mile. She is a wonderful stylist. Nothing is too much trouble.

I’ve been a customer of Headlines for many years. The services have always been of a high standard. It was a very friendly salon but the departure of so many familiar faces recently seems to have led to an atmosphere of low morale among the remaining staff .

I called this morning. I was quickly booked in with my preferred stylists for both myself and my 7 yr old daughter. We love Jackie and Kittie. They take very good care of us every time. Kittie is so patient with my daughter and listens to what she wants and shows her how that looks. My girl's happy every time with her style. Jackie is also great at listening to what I want. Helping me keep a low maintenance style whilst also taking some risks and as she gets to know my hair making some recommendations. Everyone at headlines is always great and takes wonderful care of us. We booked our next appointments as we left.

Visiting Headlines in wickford is always a great experience. My hairdresser Jackie has always helped and advised me on my hair which I’ve always appreciated. Jackie is the best hair stylist I’ve ever met and hope she never leaves. I’d be lost without her.
I have been a customer of Headlines for almost 30 years. I’ve seen staff come and go and as such feel it is right to write a review.
I’ve not always experienced good service but that’s not the case at the moment.
I am fortunate to have colour work by Kitty bad cuts by Jackie. They are professional, skilled and friendly. Nothing too much trouble and visiting is a pleasure.
Kitty is clearly at the start of her stylist career but you wouldn’t know. Yesterday was by far the best refresh I have had!
Jackie has cut my hair for more than ten years, the only person to cut my daughter’s. I am grateful to her for her consistency and warm relationship.
Both ladies make my day and I write this review in the hope management also appreciate their role in the organisation as they deserve to be recognised.

Just a trim by Kitty, lovely friendly young lady. Cut my hair exactly as requested. I thought it was getting a little expensive but on checking other salons it’s in line with others
