I have been a customer of Headlines for almost 30 years. I’ve seen staff come and go and as such feel it is right to write a review.
I’ve not always experienced good service but that’s not the case at the moment.
I am fortunate to have colour work by Kitty bad cuts by Jackie. They are professional, skilled and friendly. Nothing too much trouble and visiting is a pleasure.
Kitty is clearly at the start of her stylist career but you wouldn’t know. Yesterday was by far the best refresh I have had!
Jackie has cut my hair for more than ten years, the only person to cut my daughter’s. I am grateful to her for her consistency and warm relationship.
Both ladies make my day and I write this review in the hope management also appreciate their role in the organisation as they deserve to be recognised.
Jackie gave me a great haircut today. Advise was so good. Lovely chatting with her.
Just a trim by Kitty, lovely friendly young lady. Cut my hair exactly as requested. I thought it was getting a little expensive but on checking other salons it’s in line with others
