Service not as it used to be. Value slightly overpriced. Not happy with result everytime the hairdresser needs to listen to the client. cleanliness satisfactory. Atmosphere not a very happy one unfortunately. Been going for a long time and standards have slipped. Need to invest in customer service as clients will not return!
