My first visit consisted of an in depth history of my skin followed by what my concerns were and what my expectations were. Jo-Anne provided lots of information about all her treatments and what she felt would be beneficial to achieve the results I wanted..... and in line with my budget. Jo-Anne is welcoming, professional and very knowledgeable as my treatments to date have all been explained to me in detail in line with my personal plan.
