I was greeted very professionally with kindness. It was my first time attending the salon today, where they offered me a 10% discount for first time customers. I was booked in for hybrid eyelashes. They look amazing and was the fastest time someone has ever done my lashes as I regular have them done. They are perfect thank you Nadia.

I booked Alma Beauty for the first time to have an eyelash lift, eyebrow wax and tint in readiness for my holiday. The salon is extremely clean, calm and welcoming The staff very professional and pleasant. Extremely happy with the look of my eyebrows (they didn’t look like slugs but were tinted perfectly). Nadia has been my go to person in every aspect of beauty therapy. At Alma, the product quality is outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. The ambiance here is always inviting & comfortable and their customer service is second to none.

Good variety of products used. A pleasant facial (spoiled only at the beginning by lots of noises which was not relaxing. Ok once settled in.)

I’ve had a few treatments here, brows, lashes and a trial of laser hair removal. Nadia is so knowledgeable and really cares, it’s such a relaxing environment and good value for money, there are some great offers on treatments and the service and results are excellent.

Another relaxing facial. My face definity looked refreshed and glowing when I left. And the added bonus of head hand and neck/décolleté massage was really needed and appreciated. Only slight negative was a lot of cupboard/bottle noises at very start but soon got underway
