First of all, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear that the result wasn’t quite what you were hoping for, especially with such an important event coming up.

Jess did her best to work with the picture that was shown at the beginning of your appointment and came in early to accommodate you, taking extra time to ensure you were looked after. Throughout the appointment, as your hair was dried in stages, you shared different reference photos with varying tones, and Jess adjusted accordingly each time to try and match your preference without charging. Jess also offered to retone again at the end of your appointment which you didn’t want to do. Jess then came in early for you a couple days later to retone again free of charge, from our understanding you were happy when you left.

We understand your point with showing colour swatches however this isn’t something that is done with everyone as the swatches are coloured on white nylon hair so doesn’t always give a true reflection on the colour you’d get on your hair.
