Had a haircut and balayage with *********. She kept cutting and cutting way shorter than I had asked, even more so post blow dry, and the cut looks very choppy, not well blended at all. The colour is not what I asked for, I asked for a dark brown and even showed pictures, but doesn’t look like it at all. My friends have pointed out there’s parts of my hair that have bleached wrong, literally looks like two random round spots near the top of my head at the back. She didn’t even point this out to me when I left, very poor service and poor skills especially for the amount of money I paid!!!
