Got back from holiday with dried out hair. Desperate for hair appointment I phoned salon first thing in the morning- nothing doing at the times I could make. Eek - had a coffee and thought again -,I tried booking online and could not believe it could book the time and staff. I got to the appointment and found the salon busy. When I told them my experience they said cancellations are constantly updated on the website which is why I got the appointment as free sessions are quickly back on. Remember always check on line-,but I will now use the website so easy. !
