It was a REALLY good 1st-time experience as I’m trying a completely new style and Sheramin gave me good advice on what I needed to do as the process is lengthy. My shampoo was bliss as I was offered (and had) a smashing head massage and as an autistic with anxiety issues, this was a Godsend!!
