I booked in for a full head of highlights & a cut & blow dry. My brown hair with blonde highlights turned out to be ginger! I’ve always had layers in my hair but was advised all one length would look better - it doesn’t, it’s now blunt & heavy. I was pressured into paying £22 for an olaplex treatment as soon as I came in the salon so I ended up paying £212 for a hair do that I hate. The website states £65 for a 60 min cut & blow dry - mine took half that time.
I’ve send 6 emails to 2 different email addresses to complain with photos & had no response at all! I should be at least partially refunded so I can go & get my hair rectified as I’m extremely upset with it. Terrible customer service.
