BW Lexden Academy

I had a gel pedicure with poppy in the Lexden salon yesterday. Firstly I’d like to say how lovely she is and despite running about 45 mins late due to a key issue( not her fault) she remained calm, friendly and professional.
I feel however a better job would have been achieved if poppy was provided with a proper area in order to carry out pedicures. I was sat with my foot in her lap whilst she had to sit cross legged on the floor , almost under the table with poor lighting as no couch available. This was not a particularly comfortable experience for me and most certainly not comfortable for her in that position. I said to poppy thst I would write this review and I also spoke to your lovely receptionist regards this too.
If I’d been paying full price for this treatment I would have not been happy, luckily it was a promotion so not so bad.
I would definitely book with poppy again but until the proper facilities are made available I will not be returning.

I was a wonderful experience, everyone was very attentive and I love how my hair looks and feels. Thank you Anna 😊

Chloe is fantastic at what she does. I have recommended her to many people wanting to have aesthetic treatments.

I went in after creating a bit of a hair disaster myself, and Anna completely rescued it. She listened to what I wanted, explained everything calmly, and made me feel comfortable straight away. She’s genuinely lovely to be around, and I left so happy with how my hair turned out. She really did an amazing job, she will be my new ‘go to’ hairdresser from now on.

Poppy was so nice, helped relax and my nails , she has great knowledge of nails and techniques and understanding as well as understood her customer needs.

Really unhappy with the results from my lash lift, lashes are barely lifted, I’ve had my lashes lifted in the past at brown and white with different technicians at it was so good, absolutely waste of money yesterday. I am going to go somewhere else and get a proper lash lift, absolute waste on time and money yesterday.

Saw Heidi today to talk through options for upcoming treatments.
Really knowledgeable and so very helpful.
Both herself and receptionist were kind and very approachable.
Set me at ease and I left with confidence for my treatments in October.

I would have them again very satisfied

I got my brows done by sienna in lexden and I can honestly say I’ve never lived my brows so much I’ve been here before for my brows but sienna is amazing she made them perfect and exactly how I wanted them I have one eyebrow raised naturally higher than the other and she made them even I’m so pleased with them and will 100% be back thank you sienna x

Sienna was fantastic, had my lashes lifted and tinted. She made me feel at ease and we chatted all through and she done a fantastic job.

I’ve had Botox and lip fillers and the procedure always feels so relaxed I highly recommend.

Fantastic salon so professional. Every treatment I have had has been great highly recommend.

Sienna was a very capable therapist she was very caring making sure I was comfortable , checking while doing my lashes that my eyes weren’t stinging. The only down side was I was arrived around 5 minutes late and wax told rather rudely that Sienna would do as much as she could in the time left, couldn’t guarantee getting it all done. This was made by a different staff member, which I thought was quite rude , especially as it was my first visit there,it didnt create a very welcoming impression, pleased it was not her doing my lashes as it made me think twice about staying to have my treatment.

Just had my nails done by Ali - she has done an amazing job & is so friendly.
I had my eyebrows laminated, tinted & waxed on Tuesday by Sienna and again she did an amazing job on my very sparse brows.

The salon is always so clean & inviting & the reception staff are lovely.

Haircut by Paige. Pleased with the results and a nice experience. Friendly and hekpfuk

I have just had my hair done by the lovely Paige and a pedicure. I was made to feel relaxed and not rushed. Both ladies were very professional. I managed to get offers on both treatments which was a bonus. Feeling very happy

I had a colour with Paige,she's an excellent hairdresser.
The colour is on point and she's a really lovely girl.
