I hate complaining and would never normally mention my disappointment, but this survey request came up just as I was thinking about how unhappy I was with the results.
I was able to book on the day, which was great.
***** took me through straight away and started the treatment without delay. I had a lip wax during my LVL procedure, as I had requested, but nothing was applied to the area after the wax to either soothe the sting or clear the excess wax away. My lash treatment was very relaxing (so much so I nodded off at one point). However I was disappointed with the end result of my lashes. They had very little lift and there was a lot of tint residue around my eyes. It is unusual for LVL not to work well, as this treatment normally gives me great results, when I have had it done elsewhere.
Unfortunately I left feeling very disappointed.
