I was going from dark to highlights and did not want to look as though I had suddenly gone white haired. Paul did fine highlights and then a toner on them which brought my hair up a couple of shades for a gradual lightening process over a few months. I was very impressed with the subtle lift which is noticeably lighter against my dark eyes but perfectly blended....I will definitely return for more. Staff were all friendly and nice too! I could not be happier...
