Not a great experience

Today was my first experience in the Braintree branch it will be my last... as soon as I got there I was left for a good 10mins for someone to come say hi can I help. Then to be fair the lady did what I asked for but after Asking me what I would like and then applying the dye she had another client in and I was left to the trainee. I my self work in customer services and have done for years so I can tell when I’m being spoken about and moved on . I felt as if I was not really wanted there. The trainee told me that ***** was coming back to put the toner on my hair as I’m sure the trainee wasn’t to happy about doing that her self, but I see them whispering to one another and then the trainee case back to do it. Again I got the impression that I’d be passed on. Then I was asked how I want my hair finished. Ruff blow dry or dried straight.( it be got longish hair) I asked what that meant and was told that if I wanted it straight it’s another £4.99 by the trainee! So I’ve basically paid £100 for someone to put dye on my hair! I never expected to leave a salon with out having my hair finished. I left the salon with worse looking hair than I walked in with.
