The staff are welcoming and friendly, the rooms are clean & tidy making you feel instantly relaxed .. and Reiki with Kez is out of this world .. high recommended .. Kez is gentle, empathetic and leads by your needs and suggestions, she is very calming and truly knows her stuff .. why would I go anywhere else 5 stars all round
