A very friendly salon . Nikki was lovely ,very professional and makes great coffee.

From the moment I stepped into Martinez to just chat and get advice to the moment I left after my amazing hair Restyle and colour I felt so supported and listened to. I got amazing advice on looking after my hair and With the help of Sam and her advice I’m loving my new look and colour. Already booked my next appointment for maintenance. Thank you Sam. You’re amazing.

Having had my amazing mum do my hair all my life it was hard to find someone to replace her talent now that she has departed this life. Luis had a lot to live up to. Having emailed a number of salons and got no response I tried Martinez in Heathfield. I was delighted with the kindness and care, the understanding and my beautiful haircut ( my mum would approve!). So I have found my salon and am truly grateful 🙏 Thank you. Have had lots of beautiful comments about my hair. It means the world 🙏

Emily was amazing today. It was my first time having colour in my hair and she was really supportive and informative from consultation to today. I also had my 3 month old with me, and both Emily and Luis were so accommodating.

Had my first appointment with Elle yesterday. I was impressed with the time spent prior to the cut finding out what I was hoping for as well as questions about the kind of hair I had. The cut itself was really great, I was more than happy with the result and I had no hesitation in making my second appointment with Elle. Five stars all round from me.

Had the loveliest experience with Emily on Tuesday. She was so helpful with explaining the entire process and even did a complimentary style for me. Not to mention she left my hair looking amazing! X

We walked in on the off chance as my daughter's appointment had been cancelled at the last minute by another salon. The staff came to our rescue and did all they could to fit her in. The owner Luis treated my daughter like a princess. He washed and conditioned her hair beautifully. He listened carefully to what cut she wanted and carried it out with care, attention to detail and also adapted it to my daughter's hair type. My daughter is very happy and so am I. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we were treated with kindness and respect. I am very grateful to Luis and also to the other staff who were lovely too.
