Had my hair cut, coloured and blow dried by Luis at this hairdressers for the first time. My hair was a challenge.
Luis is passionate about what he does and an amazing person and hairdresser listening to what I said with genuine interest and honesty.
I am SO VERY HAPPY!! with the end result!
This is where I will always be going from now on.

Luis was fantastic from day one . He transformed my hair from an awful red colour to a beautiful blonde . Nothing was too much for him , he spent lots of time on my hair colour and cut and is very patient and professional. He is a brilliant hairdresser. I won’t go anywhere else for all my hair needs .All salon staff are friendly and helpful . Thank you !

A lovely friendly salon and so good with my granddaughter who has autism and adhd and has problems with having her hair brushed, Elle was so gentle and caring, we are definitely going back to her again , thank you for the experience for our Isabelle a good one as this was the first time we have managed to get her to go in a salon.

First time at the salon - cannot fault it in any way - asked for colour to hide my root regrowth and Elle did a fabulous job - perfect outcome and Luis agreed - definitely my regular hairdresser from now on 😊

Not sure if right stylist and although lovely and cut well the style was not what it should have been and showed a picture Of a textured pixie cut I reiterated I wanted a textured spiked cut it is nothing like it and as everyone was waiting to go home I didn’t make a fuss but sorry won’t be back I felt I got an inexperienced stylist as she works at Tescos too. Shame

As always great experience with Sam, she always makes you feel special. She is an excellent hair stylist.

We were offered refreshments straight away.
Ellesse dealt with my extremely thin hair amazingly and offered lots of helpful styling tips and we also discussed a completely new style for next time 😁
My daughter had a horrendous cut by a differently salon and ellesse has managed to correct it and made her hair look absolutely stunning with proper layers.
Ellesse's dedication to detail, advice and general tips were amazing and very professional.

I had a lovely haircut with Elle. She was warm and welcoming as it was my first visit.
She gave lots of tips and advice for my thin hair and I really appreciated that. I am looking forward to coming back and am so glad I’ve found a lovely local salon like this.

Sam is a fantastic hairdresser and has made me feel confident with a killer hair do. As always, the service was fantastic. I think the following is an example of the type of salon this is. During my visit, a lady came in to the salon needing hairstyle sos after a disaster in the morning. This lady had her wedding reception happening later that day. Luis, was happy to help and saved this lady's big day without a second thought and without charging her. This kindness is hard to come by these days. I never leave reviews but wanted to for this salon because I think acts like this need to be shared and recognised.

Sam always does my hair but today's visit was exceptional. Sam always takes time to listen to what I think I would like done to my hair, if it's not achievable she will gently advise me and we discuss. My hair is curly and generally does it's own thing (unruly!). However, today I left the salon feeling fab, great colour and cut with a my curls tamed into a sleek, polished look. Thank you Sam! 😊

I have know been coming to Martinez for a couple of months. Elle H has always been friendly and given an excellent hair cut. The first person for a very long time who has actually cut my hair how I want it.
