Had my first appointment with Elle yesterday. I was impressed with the time spent prior to the cut finding out what I was hoping for as well as questions about the kind of hair I had. The cut itself was really great, I was more than happy with the result and I had no hesitation in making my second appointment with Elle. Five stars all round from me.

Had the loveliest experience with Emily on Tuesday. She was so helpful with explaining the entire process and even did a complimentary style for me. Not to mention she left my hair looking amazing! X
We walked in on the off chance as my daughter's appointment had been cancelled at the last minute by another salon. The staff came to our rescue and did all they could to fit her in. The owner Luis treated my daughter like a princess. He washed and conditioned her hair beautifully. He listened carefully to what cut she wanted and carried it out with care, attention to detail and also adapted it to my daughter's hair type. My daughter is very happy and so am I. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we were treated with kindness and respect. I am very grateful to Luis and also to the other staff who were lovely too.
Luis is highly skilled but he also listens to his clients. I came away today delighted with his work (as always)
Luis's usual sharp cut with some new highlights have brightened up myJanuary. There is always a warm welcome in his salon -- and the therapy comes free. 😁

Another fabulous haircut by Elle. She listens carefully and really understands what I'm trying to achieve with my hair. She has a real flair for cutting and I always feel confident that she will do a great job.
Excellent service as always. Luis was very attentive…..other staff were chatty. Another member of staff had the opportunity to learn something about perming hair. Good outcome all round.
My first visit . Emily listened carefully to what I wanted and made suggestions throughout . She took great care and trouble over my cut and I am so pleased with the result . I would like to book with Emily again but need to wait until the New Year as my husband is in hospital and things may change .

Luis was fantastic from day one . He transformed my hair from an awful red colour to a beautiful blonde . Nothing was too much for him , he spent lots of time on my hair colour and cut and is very patient and professional. He is a brilliant hairdresser. A lovely friendly salon and so good with my granddaughter who has autism and adhd and has problems with having her hair brushed, Elle was so gentle and caring, we are definitely going back to her again , thank you for the experience for our Isabelle a good one as this was the first time we have managed to get her to go in a salon.

Today Emily explained what the oricedurexwas fir me to start the journey in letting the grey come through in a positive way instead of keep having my roots done ever 4 weeks. Not sure if right stylist and although lovely and cut well the style was not what it should have been and showed a picture Of a textured pixie cut I reiterated I wanted a textured spiked cut it is nothing like it and as everyone was waiting to go home I didn’t make a fuss but sorry won’t be back I felt I got an inexperienced stylist as she works at Tescos too. Shame

Sam is a fantastic hairdresser and has made me feel confident with a killer hair do. As always, the service was fantastic. I think the following is an example of the type of salon this is. During my visit, a lady came in to the salon needing hairstyle sos after a disaster in the morning. This lady had her wedding reception happening later that day. Luis, was happy to help and saved this lady's big day without a second thought and without charging her. This kindness is hard to come by these days. I never leave reviews but wanted to for this salon because I think acts like this need to be shared and recognised.

Sam always does my hair but today's visit was exceptional. Sam always takes time to listen to what I think I would like done to my hair, if it's not achievable she will gently advise me and we discuss. My hair is curly and generally does it's own thing (unruly!). However, today I left the salon feeling fab, great colour and cut with a my curls tamed into a sleek, polished look. Thank you Sam! 😊
