This is the fourth time I have used Serenity and the first time I have been disappointed. I booked a gel manicure. My appointment was 20 minutes late starting because a customer having their hair done was ‘squeezed in’ without an appointment. There was no apology to me for the delay, I wasn’t offered any refreshment until I asked, I felt the process was rushed at the start and I wasn’t as satisfied with the finish as I had been on previous appointments. Not the experience I was expecting.
