Hair Disaster and Wont Refund

My daughter bought me a voucher for this h.d. and I went in on New Years Even. I was the only customer in there. I am older aged and told the stylist I had colour resistant hair, which evoked no action, such as pre-treatment. I had hoped for highlights, some creativity, but the usual colour book presented and she chose a different colour from me, which I trusted. She plonked it on then left it for whatever time, never checking its progress. Then washed off. As she dried it, she told me 'it had not come out as expected' but I couldnt really see the disaster at this point. She supposedly gave me a cut but it was uneven. Then she told me to come in again FOR A CORRECTION COLOUR and charged the rest of my voucher in advance. I would never have allowed this had I seen what had been done to me. When I got home my daughter said, your hair is in stripes, pink, orange and grey. Cut uneven. I contacted head office showing them photos, and expecting them to immediately refund me, but all they did was try to force me to go back and have it done again. I told them I am not comfortable to do that, nor am I willing to travel over an hour to another branch. This company are poorly trained and just dont care. Since the I have been fighting to get a refund as has my daughter, but they are so mean and uncaring of their customers that they will not do it. They wont even give half the cost of the voucher, £50. I should be suing them for malpractice, lack of care and just ruining my new year but this is who they are.
