My booking for gels took over 2 hours. I was kept waiting for 30 minutes and then abandoned whilst the technician gave a repair. It was obvious that very little in training had been given to the technician as she was not sure what bottles were which. It was also evident that staff were unhappy about workload. Not good for clients to hear.
