Yesterday afternoon I came in to have a haircut which I can honestly say was a waste of money. As a customer I feel that it’s the stylist job to advice me on what they feel is appropriate, instead I was asked many a time for my approval which left me feeling very unsettled. When I have been before it has been a relaxing and pleasurable experience which in this case was not. Had I known of the little if not none professionalism this stylist lacked, I would have specified a stylist and walked out feeling like a satisfied customer. Very upset and disappointed and felt it needed be mentioned.
