Having recently lost my hair due to treatment I visited this awful salon. On entering wearing a chemo scarf ! i was told to take a seat. Within minutes a girl approached and said "is it just a trim!?" Shocked I pulled my scarf back to reveal there was no hair to trim. We were then taken to a room by the so called wig specialist. Honestly she knows nothing. She had no wigs on display and showed me the only 2 she had. She harped on about only having human hair and reminded us that "this is a high end salon" these wigs are high end price at 750 pounds. I stayed quiet but eventually could not suffer her rude presumption that it was too expensive for me. I told her forget telling me the cost. If I like it then cost is no issue. She then said if I bought it . I needed to visit the salon monthly and pay 50 pounds to maintain it. When she was told that "what I'm terminally ill I have good and bad days. I cant commit to buying something where I need to be well enough to visit the salon. "oh dont worry " she said buy it and I'll send somebody to your house" Ok we said well if I buy I'm entitled to the vat off. Well! she looked blank and said noo. I said yes check government website. So she replied I dont think my supplier will agree to that but I'll find out and call you tomorrow. No call came but today I've visited a fantastic REAL wig specialist at wigs n pieces and purchased 2 beautiful wigs. Do not be taken in by this salon's claims of being wig specialists. I assure any reader they are not.
