Just had THE most AMAZING salon experience from start to finish..and it was on a Groupon voucher!! I must admit I was a little apprehensive booking in on a Groupon deal worried that Groupon customer’s are treat differently to the full paying customer, but I needn’t have worried!! From the first phone call I made to book in I was given first class customer service, was able to choose any day of the week, even when I explained it was a Groupon voucher the lovely girl on reception was so polite and explained everything, made me feel at ease and confident that I’d made the right decision straight away! I had a half head colour cut & blow dry with the lovely Nikki, Nikki was amazing!!?so easy to talk to, she listened to exactly what I wanted and explained the full process?and my hair has never looked so good!?I absolutely LOVE it!! immediately booked in again with Nikki for 8wks wks time?I’ve had so many compliments at work today and 2 colleagues have rang the salon today to book in?‍♀️Thank you Alexander’s for giving me my mojo back?
