I have been coming to Salon 55 for a few years.
My hair was a mess when I first used this salon. Keally gave advice in styles that would suit me and persevered whilst my hair grew (it was very short at the first appointment).
Keally is frank and honest and if I ask for something that she thinks would not be a good look, she will discuss this with me to understand what I am hoping to achieve and then come up with alternative suggestions.
I love the straight forward talking.
All the staff are friendly and professional- from Gill who takes the bookings and payment, through to the staff who wash hair, provide (amazing) coffee and biscuits (pre lockdown) through to my wonderful hairdresser.
Many of the hairdressers working here have been here a lot of years unlike many other salons I have visited in previous years. Continuity is important-we need to have confidence the hairdresser we trust will be around for our next visit.
I cannot rave enough about salon 55.
They are not the cheapest in Beverley but you certainly get what you pay for.
Attention to detail and customer service is 12/10 - if that were possible
