Kim , as per usual, has given me a great experience. Can not fault her.
However I witnessed a student hairdresser getting told what to do in a not professional way when I was still there. I think that was a bit humiliating for her. Tip: do that at end of the day, give advice when customers are gone. It wasn't Kimberly who did this. It was another boss .
