I always feel welcomed when I come to the salon. Katie who is now my regular stylist always consults me and puts me at ease. She is absolutely amazing and if you are like me and are nervous in the hairdressers chair then you couldn't get anyone better. She remembers how you want your hair and gets on with it. I would give her 10 out of 10.
