Visited for the 3rd time to have half head of highlights and lowlights ,Was told my hair would be colour matched to previous visit to salon 4 months prior. which was not the end result.
I made it clear about tones of blonde I didn’t prefer however was not shown what colours were being used in my hair at all. My hair feels like wire ,barely any hair has been cut and is still full of split ends. My hair was wet underneath whilst I paid £140 it was flat and limp ,I have had to wash it 4 times in one week since visiting to try revive and try different products to put some life back into it.only positive was it was most definetly a half head of the wrong colour that I got in comparison to when I visited at Christmas ,I was charged for a half head but had no where near the same amount of foils in my hair ,not to mention the patches my hair that was missed.
However tried again for yet again more wasted money
