This is a great wee spa and is gentlemen friendly and not too girly intimidating for men. Women might not get what I mean but I bet a lot of guys would ! I have been using Haven for over a year now as part of my overall fitness and wellbeing. Sometimes it seems hard for men to find a place that feels comfortable with and for men but when I found Haven I've never looked back. I've only ever had massage so can't comment about other beauty services. I look forward to going each time
and the staff know exactly what pressure I like etc. They also are very good at spotting things like areas of soreness and today my therapist commented after that my arms were very tight. I had been using heavy power tools earlier in the week and thats a good example. I find it good value too and pay for a course of five and get one free which helps. Could not recommend enough and always feel wonderful afterwards. Its a treat yes but am I worth it ? ..... Yes and so are Haven !
