I have been going to HNB for 10 years usually having a great experience . However in the last year the previous management have made this less than great. However under new management even though the physical space , integrating new services , is a work in progress at the moment , the atmosphere is professional relaxing focussed on quality and with much better customer service and more skilled staff. Julie being back is a big highlight for me she is a wonderful person and the best hairdresser I have ever had. I have signed up as a member and am looking forward to having additional beauty and dental services . Well done to Manish and his team.
