It was my first time going to Twilo and I was a bit nervous at first but Hugo was very warm and welcoming and so was the rest of the team. Hugo was very good he knew how I wanted and he talked to me step by step on what he was going to do and gave me tips about my hair has it was very dry. Vet happy with the results and definitely will go back and recommend to anyone ?
