I visited Bournemouth Toni and Guy on 10th March and asked for blonde highlights to brighten and lighten my blonde hair and a 1 inch trim to tidy my hair whilst maintaining the length and shape as I was happy with it. Instead they stripped the blonde from my hair making it duller and darker then they cut 4 inches off, leaving it shoulder length instead of long. They did the opposite to what I asked for then charged me £180. It will take me 4-5 years to grow my hair back and recovering the natural blonde apparently now requires bleaching my hair. Worst hair cut of my life!
