Since the first time Russell precision cut my hair and blow dried it with a shiny, glossy finish, I never go anywhere else. The careful attention to detail and fabulous results show the years of experience Russell has. Sometimes I add a gorgeous make-up application by Russell’s wife Amber to feel at my very best.
