I had an outstanding experience at Saks. Jake was very friendly and approachable. He carefully listened to what I wanted done to my hair and did exactly what I asked for. All the products he used were really good and left my hair smelling amazing.
I always enjoy coming to Saks, the atmosphere is fabulous, not to mention their delicious hot chocolate and biscuits :)
