Went to the salon on the spot derby and had my hair butchered by an old chap who was rude and did not listen to what I wanted,just told me he wasn't a magician and hacked my hair off,The sides and back are disconnected, one side longer than the other,with random chunks cut into it.Cant even have it up to hide it,hair won't stay in.Im now going to have to go somewhere else to fix it.Worst hair cut ive ever had, fuming as it's taken me a long time to grow it out.NOT HAPPY.
Called in last Saturday and was seen immediately. Excellent service and more than happy with the result . Will definitely go back for my next session . Don't know the ladies name but she made a lovely job.
Never had a bad experience at the Market Place Salon. Usually ask for Frances or Amy. Both good stylists and always get exactly what l ask for,using KM for over 40 years
Had hair cut wash and blow dry looked like been attacked with hedge cutters reported wanted a full refund £25 as cost me extra £35 following day to semi put right he refused
Took grandson with shoulder length hair for a trim. Asked for a trim. Girl who cut it took no notice of request and scalped him while I was sitting in waiting area. Grandson do too shy to say anything. Had to get him out of there asap as I could see he was going to get upset. I would not recommend this salon. Listening to customer is a basic skill.
