I had a restyle with Jessica yesterday and couldn't be happier with the result. She took the time to review options, really listening to what I wanted while offering expert advice and guidance. Her knowledge and experience were so appreciated, and I felt completely confident trusting her recommendations. I left with a beautiful haircut that I absolutely love. Jessica's professional, thoughtful approach made the whole experience enjoyable, and she clearly takes pride in making sure her clients leave feeling their best. She's definitely my new favourite hairdresser, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. As a first-time visitor to KH Hair Derby, it was also lovely to find that everyone was so welcoming and friendly. A great experience from start to finish.

The sun was out, the need was great to pop to see me dear old mate,
I took a seat then hair was washed, me head got scrubbed and towel got squashed.
Then “Oh” said Lou, “what have we here? Your fringe is chopped - it does look queer!”
(I hoped to hide my wonky line, but no, she’s on it all the time.)
“Oh sos” I said, “I couldn’t see - I called last week but you weren’t free.
So whilst at home I washed me head and him indoors did snip instead.
His eyes are bad, the light was dim (though nothing seems to scare off him.
He’d done it wrong, it was a fright -though now you’re back you’ll put it right!”
And she did!
Hi Elaine,
Thank you for such a brilliant review – it certainly made us smile! What a talent!
We’re so pleased Louise was able to rescue the fringe and get everything looking just right again.
It’s lovely to have you back, and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Excellent service
Hi Sharon,
Thank you for your excellent review; we truly appreciate it :)
Kayleigh did my wedding hair on Saturday 12th September and it was everything I had dreamed of and more. Kayleigh is a true professional and really understood what I was after. She took her time in my trial to ensure that I was happy and to talk about how we could make slight adjustments to my colour and cut to enhance the look. Kayleigh had literally thought of everything, her attention to detail is insane. She made me feel so wonderful on my wedding day and I can’t thank her enough.
Hi Olivia,

Once again, I was spoiled to pieces by lovely Kayleigh who pampered me with one of the best shampoo and massages I've ever enjoyed. She spent an age perfecting my cut, going over again and again to eliminate some issues I'd been having. Nothing was too much trouble and the end results speak for itself. I couldn't be any happier and would highly recommend her natural talents to any new client.
