One of my best cuts yet, and for saying this is the first time at the new salon, Leeanna made the whole experience the best as per usual. She is unrivalled.

I arrived feeling very tired and low. Very soon my spirits lifted after a warm welcome at the front desk. The friendliness continued throughout my time at the salon. Everyone was smiling which was so lovely and appreciated. I remarked what a great energy there was. Although I’ve been with KH hair for many many years this was my first visit to this salon. It was a 10 out of 10 experience. Thanks everyone for your energy warmth and professionalism. I look forward to seeing you all again at my next appointment. Oh and my hair as always looked fab 😍

My first visit to this salon. I will NOT be coming again. The Sadler Gate salon was noisy & cramped with indifferent staff. After washing my hair was left soaking & water went down my back. I had to use the gown to mop it up. The stylist , eventually came over, saw what had happened & fetched another cloth to dry my hair & another gown. I have never had this happen before.

Another satisfying experience at the salon today. Very happy with everything.

Leanne is an amazing hairdresser. The best.

Today was my first time with Jessica as my usual stylist is off sick Highly satisfied with my hair no problem with choosing Jessica another time if Nicki is not available.

Dan is just absolutely brilliant with colour . Needed a bit of a change for a special occasion and he completely understood what I wanted. Very happy with the results!! As well as the cut and style.

I felt very comfortable and safe in the environment on my first trip out following hip surgery. A long awaited colour and cut and I was really pleased with the results. Leanna is an extremely good stylist and a has a lovely personality

Jessica has a remarkable memory for knowing what we have tried, what I liked and what works… which I had forgotten until she reminded me! She cuts so well… my hair is effortless to maintain and it’s lovely to have a chat… but ok to be quiet too - a good combo!!

I had a really great experience on my first visit today. Leeanna was very thorough in my consultation and listened to what I wanted to achieve and advised me on the best way forward. I’m so pleased with the lovely beige/champagne colour which suits my skin tone perfectly. Leeanna was lovely to chat to and made sure I was comfy, supplied with coffee, biscuits and magazines, and a lovely head massage! Thank you so much for making the appointment a lovely experience.
