I phoned up really last minute asking if they’d be able to fit me in for a blow dry, due to my hairdryer breaking whilst I was trying to dry my own hair at home. The lady who answered the phone was absolutely brilliant and offered me their last remaining slot. From the moment I arrived at the salon, Grace made me feel so welcome, she even trimmed and levelled my hair for me! Absolutely wonderful staff, so kind and accommodating. Hayley is my always go to to look after my mop of hair. I have naturally wavy/ curly hair which as I get older can get a bit wild and grows extremely quickly and you need a good hairdresser who knows how to handle this type of hair. Always a top service in this salon with a great vibe .

I was left waiting for 20 mins after my appointment time. No one explained that my stylist was running late. I have paid £100 for this experience and my haircut is uneven - longer over one ear than the other. I have only confirmed this since I left and have brushed my hair so there was not an opportunity to say at the time.
