I had newly qualified Grace cut my hair today.
She was wonderful and made sure I was happy with everything about my experience from drinks and comfort to exceptional attention detail with my haircut.
I attended the salon with my support dog who was welcomed with all the love and fuss. Grace was very understanding that I might need to hold the dog or the dog may get under her feet during the haircut. Grace took it all in her stride with a comforting smile and relaxed demeanour.

I’m not going to name the stylist, but I am very disappointed with the haircut I received yesterday. It is much shorter than I wanted, particularly the layers, and I’m find it very difficult to style. I showed the stylist 3 different pictures of the kind of style I had in mind, and it is nothing like any of them.
