I was left waiting for 20 mins after my appointment time. No one explained that my stylist was running late. I have paid £100 for this experience and my haircut is uneven - longer over one ear than the other. I have only confirmed this since I left and have brushed my hair so there was not an opportunity to say at the time.

I had an amazing experience with Dannan at KH hair ! I came in with grown-out roots and dull hair and left with a stunning, vibrant natural colour that I’m obsessed with.
