All the staff at Beauty Matters are very friendly and helpful. Other clients are chatty. Nattie sourced the polish colour I wanted too.

I received a friendly welcome and was quickly taken to a comfortable pedicure chair. The treatment was very relaxing and Georgia did an excellent job. Lucy tinted my eyelashes and was very attentive, took great care and regularly checked that I felt ok.

The salon is very clean and modern and decorated to give a calm atmosphere.

Can't wait to return for more pampering.

I go regularly for an eyelash tint at Beauty Matters and as always Natty and the other girls are so warm and welcoming. I’m always happy with the eyelash treatment and I can always notice a difference.
I recently took advantage of their January offer of a full body massage, classic facial and eyebrow tidy. Wow, what a treat! I would highly recommend Beauty Matters.

Natty was friendly helpful and I love my nails.

This salon exceeded my expectations. I had been gifted a treatment and whilst I was in Mickleover, took my baby and mum with me. The beauticians were absolutely amazing with my baby. I arrived half an hour late which they were lovely about and actually changed the time of my appointment. They allowed me to use a treatment room to feed my baby. They let me stop as the treatment had just started to feed baby again. They couldn’t do more for us and every single staff member made a huge fuss over my little girl. There was no stress, just kindness and understanding. I love my nails and I will recommend this salon to anybody who will listen for the incredible customer service. Thank you for making what could have been a very stressful experience, very lovely!

As always all the staff are lovely & I’ve had a great manicure, very relaxing.

I had a CACI Eye treatment with Sharon and she was absolutely amazing. I’m always very conscious about the skin around my eyes, and she took so much care and time throughout the treatment. I was truly pleased with the results. I will definitely be coming back for more. Sharon is a real asset to your team and has an incredible depth of knowledge. 100% five-star service!

I had a different experience for my pedicure today with a different therapist who did things in a different order but the outcome was the same. Very enjoyable!

I've had many a pedicure but today's experience was a cut above the rest.
