Had never been before and my first experience was incredibly positive! I didn’t catch the name of my therapist but she was a lovely lady, warm, friendly, informative, helpful. The whole team seemed very professional and the facilities were fantastic. I went for a neck and shoulder massage as I struggle with chronic tension and felt very relaxed and peaceful afterwards, and my muscles feel looser too. Also I thought it was great value for money. Will be returning, thank you!
