As always all the staff are lovely & I’ve had a great manicure, very relaxing.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Good range of services on offer. Obviously very popular with repeat customers, which is always a good sign

I had a CACI Eye treatment with Sharon and she was absolutely amazing. I’m always very conscious about the skin around my eyes, and she took so much care and time throughout the treatment. I was truly pleased with the results. I will definitely be coming back for more. Sharon is a real asset to your team and has an incredible depth of knowledge. 100% five-star service!

I had a different experience for my pedicure today with a different therapist who did things in a different order but the outcome was the same. Very enjoyable!

I've had many a pedicure but today's experience was a cut above the rest.

Beautiful little place, all the ladies are friendly and very welcoming. I'm not sure of the lady who did my spray tan but did an amazing job and made me feel comfortable also. Will defoo be returning

I haven’t ever been to Beauty Matters before and the service was absolutely amazing, everyone was so lovely!!

I came in for a full set of acrylic nails with gel and had the best salon experience I’ve ever had.

Lucy prepped my nails and did the acrylic, she was incredible, so easy to talk to and did a fab job.

Georgia then took over and did my gel, she did the best design and was so helpful when I was struggling to make decisions. She gave great suggestions and just knew what worked!! The nail art she did was absolutely fantastic and she was so great to be around.

Both Lucy and Georgia made me feel so welcome and these nails are honestly the best I’ve had. The shape is perfect and the nail art is so pretty.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!! These two members of staff are a credit to Beauty Matters and because of them I will definitely be returning!!
