I go to Beauty Matters regularly for an eyelash tint. The staff are great, very friendly and welcoming, it’s like catching up with old friends. Natty did my tint today with great care and my eyelashes look super! Thanks Natty 😁.

The lady that took my appointment was really friendly and knowledgeable about what I was having done. The only issue was when I arrived no one acknowledged me or even asked if I had an appointment, there was a lady doing nails but she never asked if she could help of if I had an appointment which I though was quite poor.

The lady I had was absolutely lovely 🤩. It was my first wax so I was a bit uncomfortable but the lady was amazing. Unfortunately I had to cut it short as I was in a little discomfort but that was nothing to do with the staff or there ways I just simply wasn't ready. And she charged me for exactly what I had done , I couldn't thank her enough.

Beauty Matters managed to fit me in for a last minute appointment and I love the result! Lovely atmosphere at the salon and very professional service.

Today I have enjoyed the most amazing facial. Natty has been my therapist for several years and she really is “the very best”. A lovely relaxing treat.

Its a lovel relaxing atmosphere from start to finish. My skin felt so soft and moisturised after. Cant wait to go again

I have my nail extensions done there … Good fun if you want it to be but ‘sedate’ if you simply want a peaceful, relaxing time- The technicians are all very good (I’ve been told) I have Lucy, Kayleigh (sp?) or Carly - all great. Very much about you the customer- very patient and helpful. Always a cuppa and a smile as I walk in. Even a bacon butty brought from the awesome cafe next door.
I highly recommend both places!

I had been on holiday to the other side of the world and four very long plane journeys (and three days on a train!) so I needed two back neck and shoulder massages and Sharon worked her magic as I can now move a lot freely so I would definitely recommend her.
