I badly needed a haircut to reshape my hair style. I was pleased the Head Stylist, Becky, could fit me into her diary within a week. Becky asked and listened carefully to what I thought I needed, showed me how much she intended to cut and where specifically the most was to be cut (as I have a long, layered style). I thought she was efficient, careful and the result was everything I hoped for! I was delighted.
