Booked in with a certain color specialist, arrived finding it was someone else. Substitute was good but there was initial disappointment. Colorist was short of time and asked for assistance, the assistant was quite unprofessional and slapped color on my head and face quite hurriedly and angrily. Very strange experience and was a bit disgruntled and disappointed.
