Great experience, wonderful cheerfulness and overall great customer service. By the time I arrived for my appointment most of the staff had already been at work and on their feet for around seven hours, and my appointment (full head highlights) was going to add to the above by a further three or so hours.
The staff were great and the overall cheerfulness infectious. Lindsey is a fantastic colourist and I'm very happy with the results.
