Spent £217 on hair colour. Result nothing as I requested. Hair went orange. Went back to review, promised correction, new colour applied by a trainee was darker than I started! Challenged, told 'just put on what Kelly told me to' overcharged by trainee. Emailed concerns, requesting correction or partial refund, no reply, no acknowledgement. Will never use this salon again or recommend their services ?‍♀️ disappointed is an understatement
