Well, tbh, though I loved my stylist, really kind and approachable made me feel very comfortable.. the colour wasn’t at all what I wanted. She v kindly said if not right to go back.. I did.. and I’m sitting say it’s darker than ever, I asked for white/grey/silver and I’ve got ash??!! Think my hair doesn’t always take?? And if I’m brutally honest I didn’t think I’d have to pay another £30 onto of the £92 I paid before Christmas?? Would like to wish her the very best in her new job and going forward to you as well in whatever you’re doing next.
