I booked for a simple haircut followed by another appointment for hair colour. The haircut left me with bumps and uneven straggly hair and the stylist just dismissed my concerns. A couple of days later I went back in for my hair appointment and I complained about my hair. Their own stylist said ‘where did you have your hair cut, it is not done right.’ He was really embarrassed when I named his colleague and suggested getting my hair cut with a clipper to sort the ‘bumps and dents’ out. I declined as I wont ever trust them with a cut again. Then after all this you would expect they would at least take every care with thr colour service. But no, having had roots coloured I walked out and only after an entire day in town I got back home, I realised they had left the backs of my esrs stained with dye. Awful. Awful! Never going back. Shockingly bad
