I was greeted kindly by the ladies at the desk and asked whether I would like a drink (tea or coffee) and give a tasty oat latte. Shay then took me over to the station to wash my hair with a calming head massage and wash. When asked how I wanted my hair cut I responded in my useful "however it was last time". Shay then cut my hair wonderfully and expertly as usual
